Residential Complex Panorama Park Varna

Thanks to the natural slope of the terrain, most of the apartments offer a magnificent view of the Varna Bay and a panoramic view of the city. The modern architecture is combined with the principles of comfortable and functional living, bringing coziness and peace to the contemporary urban dweller.

The complex will consist of two residential buildings, each with three entrances. Construction will be carried out in two phases, with Phase 1 scheduled for commissioning on March 30, 2021.

The architectural design is clean and modern, incorporating dynamic cubic volumes and decorative façade elements. The color palette is composed of warm, harmonious earth tones.

The façade is fully insulated with 10 cm EPS and finished with decorative polymer plaster. The roof is flat, with vapor and thermal insulation. The common areas of the building will feature polished granite flooring, suspended gypsum board ceilings, LED lighting with zoned motion sensors, and metal railings executed according to the architectural details.

To ensure fast and convenient vertical transportation for residents, each entrance will be equipped with two elevators (8-person capacity), manufactured by the Spanish company ORONA.
