Construction is underway for a building with a total gross floor area (GFA) of 1,078 sq.m – a first floor with a footprint of 888.83 sq.m and a partial second floor with a footprint of 189.44 sq.m. The building will be constructed with a reinforced concrete frame structure and a pitched roof.

The primary activities carried out in the building will be related to welcoming visitors, presenting, and selling the products of the existing winery. Accordingly, the building’s interior will be organized into zones for various functions – a shop, an exhibition hall, and a wine bar designed for presentation and tasting events.
