The building is designed with a metal structure consisting of columns and frames, façade thermal panels, and roof thermal panels, with a footprint of 560 sq.m and a gross floor area (GFA) of 660 sq.m.

The building is divided into two zones – a service station for turbocharger repairs, located on a single floor, and sanitary facilities and offices, situated on two floors in the western part of the building. The connection between the first and second floors is provided by a metal staircase.
