New Production Facility of Ceratizit Bulgaria

The development is organized into four main buildings aligned from North to South: the Warehouse Facility, Production Building 1, Production Building 2, and an Auxiliary Building housing the new Energy Block, Transformer Station, and Compressor Units, with pedestrian and transport passages between the four buildings, extending toward the river and the future recreational area.

In front of the warehouse facility, a truck maneuvering area is planned. To the west of it, there is a Chips and Waste Shelter, connected to the three main buildings via an underground accessible utility tunnel running along the north-south axis.

In direct connection with the tunnel, a designated zone is planned for a vacuum chip collection system on the basement level of each production building.

The Gas Supply System, Water Reservoirs with Water Towers, and the Wastewater Treatment Plant are located between the buildings.
