Base for Receiving, Storage, Mixing, Packaging, and Dispatch of Mineral Fertilizers – "SEMBODIA STL" Ltd.

The planned building consists of two volumes: a Production Area and a Storage Zone.

The production area is a single-span hall that includes a truck unloading bay and mixing equipment. For raw material storage, reinforced concrete cells of varying heights are provided.

The storage zone houses an administrative and utility section—a two-story space located in its southwestern part. On the ground floor of this section, sanitary and utility facilities for workers are arranged, including changing rooms, shower rooms, washbasins, restrooms, a break room, and a control room for the packaging machine operator. The second level contains a laboratory, a meeting room with a small kitchenette office, and restrooms. Access to the second floor is via a single-flight steel staircase.

The production part of the building will be constructed as a mixed structure—with a monolithic reinforced concrete section for the raw material storage cells and a steel roof structure. The external enclosing surfaces consist of profiled galvanized sheet metal with polymer coating, and a ground slab of polished concrete.

The storage building is a prefabricated steel structure comprising columns and trusses, with roof and façade cladding made of profiled galvanized sheet metal with polymer coating and a polished concrete floor.

Both roofs are pitched, with external drainage via gutters and downpipes.

The administrative and utility section is constructed as a mixed structure—monolithic reinforced concrete supporting structure combined with prefabricated wall and ceiling elements made of three-layer panels with an expanded polyurethane core. Internal partition walls are prefabricated stud constructions, clad with gypsum board and filled with mineral wool insulation.
