Polymix Varna Ltd. is a company specialized in the production of concrete and precast concrete elements. We also offer a wide range of heavy construction machinery and provide professional transportation services.
Our Polymix Concrete Center is located in the Western Industrial Zone of Varna, covering an area of 10,000 m². All concrete products are certified by NGN Ltd., Haskovo, and comply with the requirements of Ordinance No. RD-02-20–1/2015 issued by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works of the Republic of Bulgaria for the use of construction products in building projects.
The production facility houses a fully equipped testing laboratory, a precast concrete production workshop, and a fleet of heavy construction equipment. We offer a wide range of services, including excavation and earthworks, loading and transportation of soil and construction waste, and more.

Planex Element Ltd. unites production units for reinforcement steel prefabrication, aluminum and PVC window and door frames, suspended and ventilated façades, metal structures, and furniture manufacturing.
The manager of Planex Element Ltd. is Plamen Nikolov.
The reinforcement steel processing workshop is located in the Western Industrial Zone, covering an area of 17,000 sq.m, with a built-up area of 6,400 sq.m. The equipment in the reinforcement workshop is of European quality, featuring an electronic system for processing control, packaging, and order labeling. Each batch of reinforcement steel prefabrication is accompanied by the corresponding certificates and declarations of conformity for every delivery.

The production specializes in the manufacturing and installation of PVC and aluminum structures, suspended and ventilated façades with ceramic or HPL cladding, ETALBOND panels, and more. In 2021, Planex became a co-founder of the European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) in the Construction sector.
The association brings together the efforts of industry organizations, educational institutions, leading companies in construction, innovation, project management, building materials manufacturing, and information technology to promote digital transformation in the sector.
The EDIH plans to organize and conduct specialized training sessions and seminars aimed at capacity building in both the public and private sectors on topics related to the implementation of digital technologies in construction processes.
