Planex was founded in 1993, and the owner of the company is Engineer Hristo Dimitrov.
For more than 27 years, the company has been developing its organizational structure. Currently, it employs over 400 engineers, technical managers, economists, and workers from various construction specialties, distributed across several structural units: Construction Directorate, which includes the Tender Department, Technical Department, and Material and Technical Supply; Financial and Accounting Department; Human Resources Department; Mechanization and Motor Transport Department; and functionally distinct construction production units.
