Akvarel Residential Complexes

The Akvarel Residential Complexes were developed in two phases:

Akvarel 2 Residential Complex, located in the Briz district, is situated on a plot of 3,030 sq.m, with a building footprint of 1,080 sq.m and a total gross floor area (GFA) of 5,180 sq.m. In positioning the building on the plot, taking into account the terrain’s elevation difference, the investor's goal was to ensure that the maximum number of apartments would benefit from sea views and the surrounding park environment.

The complex consists of two wings arranged in an L-shape, separated by a joint, with primary orientation to the south and east. The building contains a total of 56 apartments. The architectural appearance is clean and modern, highlighted by white, broken, wave-like lines that flow across the entire volume like a “wave.” In plan view, the shape of the building resembles a seagull facing toward the sea.

Akvarel 3 Residential Complex, also located in Briz district, occupies a plot of 6,234 sq.m and comprises three low-rise buildings with a total of four residential entrances. The project includes 118 residential units, with areas ranging from 57 to 157 sq.m. The complex offers both open-air and covered parking spaces. One of the buildings houses an indoor swimming pool measuring 4.70 x 14.00 meters, a fitness center, and a sauna, as well as several indoor facilities such as a table tennis room and a children's playroom. The garden area features a spacious outdoor playground for children.
