Varna Stadium

The future sports complex will have a seating capacity of 22,600 spectators. The total area of the facility is 51,550 sq.m, of which 23,130 sq.m are allocated for parking, accommodating 716 parking spaces.

The project is emblematic for the city of Varna and represents a multifunctional sports complex equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment.

The various levels will include a football field, underground parking, and locker rooms for players and coaches. Plans also include the construction of a press conference hall, conference room, VIP entrance, offices, and storage rooms.

The presidential box, business lounges, offices, conference rooms, gymnasiums, fitness centers, and locker rooms will be located on the second level. The third level is designated for fast food outlets, restaurants, a business club, and a bar. A fitness center with a total area of 817.6 sq.m is planned for the fourth level.

The spectator seating area will occupy 5,086 sq.m.
