The complex consists of two buildings with a total gross floor area of 23,440.56 sq.m.

Building Mirage comprises 65 apartments, while building Veronika includes 29 apartments. An entertainment area has been constructed, featuring a main infinity-type swimming pool, a children's pool, changing rooms with toilets and showers, technical rooms, a restaurant, and a parking area for the convenience of the owners and guests of the complex.

The buildings are clad with ventilated façades and elegant French windows. The railings are of three main types – glass, solid, and openwork metal. High-end aluminum window frames have been installed in RAL 7011 color (main product: Schüco AWS 75.SI), with corrosion-resistant fittings of class 5 (main product: SimplySmart).
