Helios Paradise – a Four-Star Hotel by RIU Hotels & Resorts

The entire complex consists of three main hotel clusters, with RIU Helios Paradise being the first phase of development. This phase includes public zones, buildings, and the associated technical facilities and infrastructure serving the entire complex. Each of the three main clusters in the conceptual design includes a main hotel building along with supporting and complementary functional structures.

Phase 1 involves the construction of the sub-project "Club Hotel" – the main building, centrally located within the property. The club hotel is designed to operate fully independently from the rest of the complex.

The building has 13 levels: Level -2 is underground, Level -1 is semi-underground and fully open to the south-facing inner courtyard, while Levels 0 to 10 are above ground. The hotel features over 600 double rooms, nearly 100 apartments, a restaurant, and an animation club, with a total gross floor area (GFA) of 64,750 sq.m, and four swimming pools with a combined area of 3,955 sq.m.

The design and construction comply with the regulations for 4-star hotel categorization, as well as with the specifications provided by the international company RIU (Spain), which specializes in the development and operation of world-class resort complexes. This ensures that the building meets the required functional zoning, capacity, and the distinct architectural identity characteristic of RIU hotels.
