International Hotel Casino & Tower Suites

Hotel International is functionally divided into two parts – a newly constructed wing and a renovated section. The new wing includes 122 apartments, 240 parking spaces, a SPA center featuring two types of saunas, a steam bath, hammam, hair salon, and medical office, as well as indoor and outdoor swimming pools with an infinity effect.

The casino, lobby, and restaurant have been expanded, and a piano bar has been added in the basement. A completely new, modern conference center has also been built. All roof areas have been converted into usable spaces.

The project has a total gross floor area (GFA) of 35,775 sq.m, with an investment value of BGN 40 million.
